Zant Chapelo formed Harmonic Performance Consulting after 20 years of military service and 20 years of leadership, business, and consulting experience. He has successfully led through transformational change and growth strategies, global mergers & acquisitions and integrations, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy processes. 

He has coached countless leaders through challenging circumstances and advised Boards of Directors on the dynamics of people performance in growth situations. 

Zant taught leadership at the Air Force’s Enlisted Leadership Academy, oversaw performance at the Air Force Institute of Technology, led corporate sales training programs, and held roles in sales leadership, performance and culture consulting, executive coaching, and a Chief Human Resources Officer in private and public companies in multiple industries. 

Zant now leads HPC on a mission to help leaders gain greater personal and professional success for themselves, their team and the business.
